Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa, subspecies pekinensis and chinensis) can refer to two groups of Chinese cabbage leaf vegetables often used in Chinese cuisine: the Pekinensis Group (napa cabbage) and the Chinensis Group (bok choy). ChemiCopro
